2021 Summer Programs
We are so excited for summer camps this year! Don't miss out on some of the best opportunities to get your kiddos outside, in the dirt, and with their peers this summer. We have something for everyone from making pizza in our cob oven, mountain biking, learning about animals, to river rafting, and more!
SAGE camps are for grades K-5th grade
Nature and Bike camps are for grades K-7th grade
Camp Schedule: Drop-off is between 8:45 - 9:00am and camp runs 9:00am - 3:00pm (M-Th) and 9:00am - 1:00pm (F)
*Monday-Thursday: full day camps with an extended aftercare option of 3:00pm - 5:00pm
*Friday: half day camp runs 9:00am - 1:00pm with an extended aftercare option 1:00 - 5:00pm

Nature Camp: Eco-Engineering
June 21st - June 25th
Build like a beaver, a bird, or a bee! Animals all around us are crafty constructors, join us as we learn from them by viewing various ecosystems! We will explore how creatures are engineers in their habitats, which are as small as an ant hill, as big as an osprey nest, and many in between.
SAGE Camp: Wildcrafting Adventures
June 21st - June 25th
Immerse yourself into the wild world of the garden! On this wildcrafting adventure you will make natural dyes, weave with ivy and willow, make garden sun tea, and wild sodas. Explore local plants and their uses, and learn gardening basics as you investigate how food goes from seed to plate.
Bike Camp: Wild Winged Bikers
June 28th - July 2nd
Buzz, flap and rise on the currents of an aerodynamic adventure! Glide down trails seeking bats, bees, butterflies and birds in high flying habitats. Explore how animals as small as a bee and as large as an eagle fly as we soar as bikers! This camp will have a group for early/ beginning cyclists. See our Bike FAQ for details.
Nature Camp: Predator & Prey
July 6th - July 9th
Roar like mountain lions, howl at the moon like wolves, soar silently through the trees like raptors on our adventure into the woods. Tip-toe as silently as you can and camouflage to not get caught by a predator. (COVID guideline-dependent.)
SAGE Camp: Farm to Fork
July 12th - July 16th
Ever wonder how the food you eat gets from the farm to your fork? Spend a week harvesting and eating right from the garden as we make salsa, quick pickled veggies, and our own tortillas. Experience your food all the way from the soil to your plate!

SAGE Camp: Savory Pizza Pie
August 2nd - August 6th
From dirt to delicious, explore some of our favorite foods! Make savory pizzas in our cob oven at SAGE during Camp Pizza Pie Session One. Each day has garden time, games, and pizza-making activities. Let's eat! Attend Session Two for sweet pizzas!
Nature Camp: Geology Navigators
August 9th - August 13th
Discover plate tectonics, erosion, soil, and rocks that make the plunge from running rapids to beautiful waterfalls. Navigate through the different layers of the Earth. Join us as we rock the rock cycle while we explore earthquakes and volcanos.
Bike Camp: Mountain Bike Explorers
August 16th - August 20th
Learn to maneuver your bike over bumps, down hills, around corners, over roots, rocks, and more. As we ride we will learn about the mountain ecology on the trails around us. Summit the best two-wheel destinations in Corvallis. Routes will be adjusted to meet different biking skill levels. See our Bike FAQ for details.
SAGE Camp: Sweet Pizza Pie
August 23rd - August 27th
Sweet treats and yummy eats! Explore some of our favorite treats from the ground up. Make sweet pizzas during Session Two at SAGE garden - create your own berry jam, harvest edible flowers from our garden, and learn garden basics. Each day has garden time, games, and cooking activities.
August 30th - September 3rd
Climb, swing, and jump into a week of outdoor nature challenges. Balance over logs, climb steep hills, balance on slacklines, and more! Have a new adventure each day with river floats, challenge courses, and all the best summer fun.
